Collection O Pratunam 19 Hotel

The location is super bad, it is between a lot of restaurants and the smell is very bad during the day. They also gave me a room with path room that has plumbing issue and instead of changing it they tried cleaning it and it did not fix the smell problem

Location and room quality . They also don¿t accept credit! They need cash for the room and deposit

The hotel is tricky to find, but once there in a great location for food. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind.

The room was small and the shower was on the cooler side.

Though the room is small but it is very clean and the bathroom also clean. Aircon is good working. I ask everyday to clean the room and they do it very well (in the afternoon). They provide 2 bottles mineral water, coffee, tea, sugar. Everything is perfect. I really like the room. There is no window in my room but it is ok for me. Very close to the market. You will find everything what you need by walking.

The smell out of the hotel. And in front of the hotel there is the building under construction. A little bit difficult to find this hotel if this is the first time you come to this area.

Near market. They have airport transfer service

Could not find first the place Pratunam 19, its not marked where it is.Room: Its a very small room,on 4e floor , with a ventilatormotor from kitchen from restaurant direct next to the window what makes a lot of noise, so cant almost not sleep there.There is no chair, no bed,and only matras on the floor in that room and thats it. Towels to dry yourself already long overtime. Whenever something bad happends there you never can get on time out of there. In my opinion its even not a guesthouse....

Location is excellent with everything around, money exchange, food, massage and shopping mall.Sadly I had to buy poison spray to kill many cockroach, this was something that worried me during all my stay as I have fobia for cockroach ? I killed 8-10 cockroach during my stay for 3 nights

Friendly management and good location.

This institution should NOT be marketed as a hotel. It is more kinda RENT A ROOM. On one occasion ROOM not cleaned by 16h30 yet. I had to request it and wait in reception Hotel transfer from airport 600baht. MORE than Double the price of local taxis and BOLTI booked a room with a window. View was facing electrical wires in a dirty alleyOn arrival I found toilet to be leaking. No soap in dispenser in bathroom.Wooden floor brokenLinen and towels in a terrible state. Should be replaced. Unraveling Broken toilet. I reported it and reception said handyman advised it will only be fixed next month.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location.

The hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I was here for 4 days and the hotel didn't have wifi. Thay said that the wifi problem was because someone was fixing the wifi but the only wifi out was for our room. Secondly the hotel doesn't give you any thing. Not even soup and shampoo. The rooms are also way too small for even 2 people to stay but they also charge you for packing things you bought in their room. This hotel is a joke.

Very good location where shopping centers and street food are. Close to Phaya thai station where you can travel to the airport. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The area is noisy, and every morning, there is a noise coming from the rooftop or something, which is a bit annoying. Every time you leave the room, the fridge was also shut off, so what's the point of having a fridge? I couldn't keep my water and food cold.

The receptionist is so bad,requested for the damage deposit,when I asked this is the first time I hear such request,they answered if not allow, you need to move to other accommodations while I just arrived and took the room in nighttime without any explanation and impolite attitude In room didn’t has comb,toothbrush,shampoo,room is small and noisy,the room located in separate place with receptionist location->no receptionist and security in nighttime Not accept credit cardI had found another room much better with lower prive

Convenient just 5 min walk out opposite is pratrinum mall

Look very deep inside, night go back alone too dangerous

The location of the hotel is in the heart of Pratunam. Located less than 200 metres from Platinum mall and also in the middle of Pratunam market.

the toilet is a bit smelly.

The location was very convenient. Staff was helpful and the room was comfortable.

Nothing its just the hotel is a little too concealed given its location. I did like it but some people may not as spotting it can be a little too challenging if you're not familiar with convoluted cities like Bangkok.

I love how close the hotel is with Pratunam Night Market, 7E and street markets, the area was really lively during the day! easy access to the main road ? the rooms were wonderfully small, just the right size, we love it! it has tvs with youtube & netflix, toilet has bidets, strong water pressure & i love how the staffs were so welcoming & very warm, check in & check out were made so easy! will definetely come back!

the hotel has only one lift, it was really small, can barely fit 3 persons but all is good because it didnt take us long to wait for the lift! ☺️

Location is pretty good but very challenging to find.

Looks nothing like the pictures. Seats in the room were stained and dirty. Bathroom fittings also have damages. Pillow was hard. Aircon had weird sound throughout the night. Safe didn't work.

good location. walking distance to multi-shopping center. book early else the room will be sold out.

The receptionist is rude an old lady with no courtesy.talk with customer shouting. Hotel surrounding is dirty but what to expect with that cheap price. No toiletries/iron provided. Got ants inside room & bed! Ask me to repeat stay, no thanks!
